1. Service Description

小章鱼 · Octo Studio (the “Platform”) is an online tool platform for content creators and channel operators.

The Platform currently provides YouTube-related tools to help users view and manage YouTube channels and video content that they own or are authorized to manage.

The Platform may continuously update and add new tool modules as product features evolve.

2. Google Account and YouTube Authorization

Certain features require account authorization through Google OAuth.

During authorization, Google will display the scope of permissions requested by the Platform. You may decide whether to grant those permissions.

Depending on the features you use, the Platform may access data related to your authorized YouTube channels, videos, and live streams.

Any modification to YouTube content is performed only after you explicitly initiate the action.

For example, you may select a live-stream video from your authorized account and explicitly set its privacy status to:

• Public
• Private

The Platform will not modify a user’s YouTube content without the user’s explicit action.

3. User Account Control

You can revoke authorization for 小章鱼 · Octo Studio at any time through your Google Account’s third-party app authorization settings.

After authorization is revoked, the Platform will no longer be able to use the revoked authorization to access the relevant Google or YouTube data.

4. User Responsibilities

You may use the Platform only to manage YouTube accounts and content that you own or are legally authorized to manage.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Access another person’s Google or YouTube account without authorization;
• Modify or operate on YouTube content that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to manage;
• Violate Google, YouTube, or other applicable platform rules;
• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful activities;
• Interfere with the normal operation of Google, YouTube, or the Platform through automation or other means.

5. YouTube Services

The Platform uses Google YouTube API Services to provide certain features.

When using these features, you must also comply with the applicable terms of service, policies, and rules of Google and YouTube.

The Platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube and does not represent or constitute an official partnership with either company.

6. Changes to and Termination of Services

The Platform may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features based on business developments, technological changes, or legal requirements.

For material changes, we will notify users through website notices or other reasonable means, where appropriate.

7. Data and Privacy

For information about how the Platform accesses, uses, stores, protects, and deletes Google and YouTube user data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.

Certain features may temporarily become unavailable due to changes to the Google API, YouTube services, network conditions, or other third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party service interruptions, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements.
